How does the exchange program work?
To provide the best possible pricing, all of our maintenance kits and fusers are shipped on an exchange basis, unless otherwise noted. When you place your order for an exchange item, your order is shipped in special packing and we ask you return the fuser core within 30 days. Please use the same packing materials to
return your old fuser. We do not need your old rollers included it the maintenance kits. We include an RMA label which has your RMA
number on it, please put this label somewhere on the outside of the
box when returning all fuser cores. Your RMA number is your invoice number All core charges will apply if you do
not return cores within thirty days of receipt.

What is a rebuilt fuser?
All our rebuilt fusers are tested cleaned and get a new lower roller, upper roller or sleeve, bearings and bushings if used. Certain gears are always replaced depending on fuser type. All other parts that do not wear, are checked and replaced as needed. We use the industies best high temperature grease on all rebuilds and ship all fusers in custom foam end caps. |
What is the
warranty on rebuilt fusers?
All rebuilt fusers carry 120 day warranty from date of receipt. Keep
in mind that the condition of your toner cartridge, transfer roller,
and the amount of printing done with your printer will all determine
the life expectancy of your fuser. Typically, your fuser will last
long after the 120 day period. Your fuser should arrive with a
warranty label on the bottom, please note this date includes the
month and year only, the actual date may differ from your 120 day period. |
What is the
warranty on parts and repair kits?
All parts are sold as new and carry 90 day warranty unless otherwise
stated. We do not guarantee any parts will fix your specific problems
or that additional problems will not occur as a result of improper installation. |
How do I make returns?
In the event you need to return any parts please contact our company
for a return authorization number. There is a minimal restocking fee
for all parts ordered in error. |
| How fast do items ship and when should it arrive?
All orders placed on-line will be shipped by the next business day
unless overnight shipping is required. In many cases you order will
be processed the same day. You have until 3:30p.m. CST. for overnight
shipping. Shipping to APO and FPO is done U.S. Postal. You can track
your shipping on-line. |
